Never Limit Your Child’s Capabilities

As the exams of GSEB have just been completed it is the time for the children to make themselves free from study in vacation. And this is the time in which children can do creative stuffs in free time as per their interest and talents. And this is the time if used properly it can result into good learning and achievement for children. So parents have to provide proper space and environment to their children so that the children can do some creative and artistic work.

Every child is an artist
It is extremely important to identify, motivate and inspire the artistic work, interests and talents of the children like drawing, singing, acting, painting, dancing, etc. Every child is an artist. And with Education it is equally important to pursue with the hobby and interest. And parents and teachers must have to provide proper guidance and support to each and every activity of children so that they can be more creative and can become unique grownups. It is very important for parents and teachers not to use the words like “u can’t do it”, “it’s not your cup of tea”, “you are not good at it” etc. Rather it is better to say positive words that can help children in increasing their confidence in the work they do.  

The following are some of the example that shows how children at a very young age have become famous and popular by following their interests and by choosing the path of their talents. Whose achievements really provide great motivation to the children to achieve heights and   teaches the parents that their children also can be like one of them just by identifying their interest & talent and by leading them to a right path.

Aditya Singhal He was called ‘the silent one’ on India’s Best Dramebaaz, and 13-year-old Aditya Singhal's sheer ability helped him win the actuality show implied for kids in the age group of five to 15 years. The youngster, who was the eldest around the finalists, was excited about his victory. The show, judged by Sonali Bendre, Anurag Basu and Vivek Oberoi, aimed at grooming children by testing their creativity, spontaneity and acting capability. Aditya Singhal, a student of Bishops’s Co-ed School in Pune, raced ahead of his fellow finalists, and walked away with the ‘Golden Keeda’ trophy on the show.

Bangalore's Anjana Padmanabhan, 10, was crowned winner of the first season of Indian Idol Junior. None other than megastar Amitabh Bachchan arrived on the show to do the honours. Anjana doesn’t talk Hindi, however her capable and pleasant version of Hindi songs won the crowd's heart. And to add one more magical moment to her life, she made her acceptance speech in Hindi: “Maine yeh expect nahin kiya tha. Main bahut khush hun (I didn't expect this. I am very happy)."

Akrit Jaswal

Akrit demonstrated again his surgical abilities on a young girl aged eight who had burnt her fingers as a toddler, all fused together and tangled into a ball. Her family was poor and could not manage the cost of surgery. After hearing about a young boy who could perform surgical procedures, they decided to try their luck. The operation proved successful and word traveled far and fast, and in 2011.

As these children have achieved incredible heights at an extremely youthful age, it proves here that age is of no bar to do extraordinary things in life. Likewise with the importance of Education it has additionally become necessary for children to follow on their interests and talents. As we know extremely well that every child is an artist but it is equally important to remain an artist once they grow up.
